Investments

We invest 10 to 15 percent of our capital in direct investments. We buy initial public offerings (IPOs), so that our money goes directly into economic projects without passing first through expensive brokers.
If one of the direct investments is evaluated as especially risky, the invested amount should not be higher than the yearly return expected from the remaining investments. We calculate an average interest rate of 4%, even though we have regularly exceeded this rate in the last years.
